Piedibus Mozzate – Brand Identity for the sustainable school mobility service

Piedibus Mozzate is a visual identity project developed for the piedibus service of the municipality of Mozzate. The piedibus is an initiative that promotes safe and sustainable mobility for children on their way to school, transforming the daily commute into a moment of social connection and environmental respect.

The visual identity was conceived to be immediately recognisable and to convey the core values of the project: safety, community, and sustainability. The custom typeface, created specifically for this project, is the heart of the visual system: every letter carries within it the rhythm of collective walking.

The colour palette plays with deep and vibrant shades of blue, evoking trust, stability, and movement. The logotype balances form and function, proving effective in digital applications as well as in signage and printed materials destined for schools and families.

The result is a coherent and inclusive brand system, designed to bring together families, teachers, and the municipal administration on a shared journey — literally, step by step.
